Brian Richmond is a Northern California entrepreneur who serves as senior data scientist for product intelligence at Aura Health. In this capacity, he built the data infrastructure that provides analytics-driven solutions. Brian Richmond’s work focuses on the creation of robust machine learning models that serve to optimize Aura’s product offerings.
Previously based in New York, Mr. Richmond worked as a data scientist for people analytics at WeWork, where he founded and oversaw the scaling up of a newly-created People Analytics team. His accomplishments at WeWork included building analytics and data infrastructure reporting tools that met the needs of executive management. Recognized with the Employee Excellence Award for 2018, his efforts boosted collaboration, team effectiveness, and information flow capacities.
Mr. Richmond also has experience as co-organizer of New York Strategic HR Analytics, a thought leadership group that brings together data-driven human resources professionals. Meeting on a monthly basis, the group engages those who want to discuss people analytics innovations.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Brian Richmond has an avid interest in hiking and backpacking, and is currently learning about the plants and animals native to California.
